We establish your goals and then conduct a focus study to outline our analysis. We will present a detailed workflow of our proposal and costs - presented in the engagement agreement. This stage ranges between 1 day to 3 weeks.

If you are happy with our proposals based on our investigation and analysis, we will engage with you in writing. At this point we will appoint a team of consultants with specific skills to undertake our services.

Our projects could be anything from 1 day to over 12 months depending on your requirements. During this time we will agree review dates at every stage to ensure services are on track and make alterations as appropriate.
