James began his career as a pilot, working his way up to being a Senior Captain and Instructor in the Airlines before moving into airline management, gaining the necessary skills and qualifications to lead large and succesful organisations. For the last two decades James has held board and senior management positions alongside developing a consulting career in a variety of industry sectors that require James' skills to implement critical and sustainable leadership solutions. James is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Consulting and an IEMA Environmental Management Practitioner.
