We are an aircraft broker and not an operator. This allows us to make use of a wide variety of carefully selected operators and aircraft.

We operate on a membership system and we are completely transparent with our fees, who the operator is and all information about the aircraft.

The system that we use not only shows integrity in our approach but also highlights the profesional expertise which you are paying for.

Booking is easy! Simply call to Speak to a Pilot or select Click to Fly and give us your preferred itinery. We will perform a technical analysis of the route and coming back to you with prices and a range of aircraft types. If you are happy you can e-sign the charter agreement and you fly!

Booking Process

  • 1. Speak to a Pilot

    Call us or “Click to Fly” and speak directly to a pilot who can give you professional advice on the most efficient and safest options for your trip.

  • 2. Quotation

    Usually within the an hour, we perform a technical analysis of the route(s) you wish to fly and present you with suitable aircraft options.

  • 3. Pre-flight

    Approximately one hour before departure you will be called by a Pilot to reassure you of the flight schedule, weather and any last minute requests.

  • 4. You Fly

    You can arrive as little as 5-15 minutes prior to departure and throughout the day we remain available to you 24/7 from our operations centre.

Aviation is a complex and challenging profession. A profession that takes decades to master. Thats why we appoint a Pilot to be contactable for you 24/7 for the duration of your charter. Anything you want to know…just ask.

You may be a nervous flyer, you may have concerns about the weather or it could be something minor. No question is to big or small.

Further more, occasionally there are issues that crop up…thats life. It could be Air Traffic Control delays, airport closures, even a global pandemic. Unfortunately these things do happen and when they do, you want a professional looking after you, not an under-qualified member of sales staff. This is where we really make the diference.

Pre-departure Brief

Further to this, approximately 1 hour prior to departure, a pilot will call you to go through the details of the flight, such as weather forecasts, expected turbulence and any issues you may have.
